CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24hours of purchase .We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. For this, you can easily contact us via whatsapp aswell.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please WHATS APP us on 9899965707 to cancel the order or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped then it will be eligible for alteration, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
All our products are made on order. Return of our product is not possible. But since we make each and every outfit with loads of love , care and hardwork, we would be happy to see you wearing it. Incase of any fitting issue , you can send us back the product and contact us via phone call or whatsapp (9899965707) for alterations you require. Kindly note, you need to do this within 7 working days from the day you received your product. To avoid this hassle we suggest you to kindly go through the size chart carefully before placing order or provide us your measurements through our Customisation tool or via whatsapp, so that there are no fitting issues at all.

CAN I RETURN ANY OF MY ORDERS?
Exchange request can be initiated only for the orders eligible for the same.
We will not accept products if :
* Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if required.
* it exhibits physical damage to the product.
*the reason for return/ exchange is colour as 10-15% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution .
* the product is worn or used in any way.
* the product is altered.
*there is change in any characteristic of the product.

HOW CAN I SEND MY PRODUCT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE?
Please contact us within 7 days of product being received for any return/ exchange. You can ship your product back to us at the address mentioned below. Return/ shipping charges will be paid by us. If in some cases, we will arrange a pick up, you will have to pay for it at the time of pick up itself.
